ISOFLOW 7273

MID-RANGE SUPER PLASTICIZER

DESCRIPTION

ISOFLOW 7273 is a polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer developed for use in ready mixed concrete to give extended slump retention and high strength development of high specification grade concrete mixes. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

ADVANTAGES

Water reduction significantly improves high early compressive strength developments through the production low permeability concrete. Improved resistance of carbonation and Increased flexural strength. Does not contain chlorides or other steel corrosion promoting ingredients.

USES

  • Reduces the Water/Cement Ratio with excellent improvements in both fresh and hardened concrete properties.
  • Improves early and ultimate compressive strength and enhances durability.
  • Concrete placing in congested steel reinforcement Depending on dosage rate used; high flow and self-leveling.

COMPATIBILITY

ISOFLOW 7273 is compatible with other Cemex admixtures used in the same concrete mix. All admixtures should be added to the concrete separately and must not be premixed together prior to addition. ISOFLOW 7273 is suitable for use with all type of Portland cements and cement replacement material such as GGBS, Fly Ash, Microsilica.

TECHNICAL PROPERTIES

STANDARD COMPLIANCE: BS EN 934-2 and ASTM C494 as Type D & G depending on dosage.

DOSAGE

Recommended dosage is 0.3 2.2% by weight of cementitious material including GGBS, Fly Ash, Microsilica. Higher dosage by weight binder can be use depending on the mix design. Trail mix must be performing to establish the exact dosage require.
